This relationship has allowed both companies to expand our expertise and allows us to provide our clients with offerings that enhance our ability to provide solutions addressing system and process improvements, as well as providing opportunities for profitable growth, for our clients companies and their employees.

Larry Foster, the President of Foster & Associates, has been associated with manufacturing and management since 1965 and has gained extensive experience in the manufacturing engineering, process engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering, quality and purchasing areas.  Larry began his involvement in consulting and training in 1989. First, as president of Technical Consultants and Sales, located in Troy, Michigan and then, in 1995, as founder and president of Foster & Associates, Inc located in Livonia, Michigan.

Pete Myhrum, the President of Conformance Management Associates LLC, has over 15 years of experience in consulting and training programs related to the implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems. Pete also assists clients in fluid management and assists the clients in the identification and implementation of cost improvement projects to reduce client costs.
